Each Luxury Basics piece is hand-crafted with care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away so we can help.

Return Window

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Condition Of Returned Items

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging in which you received them.

Return Authorization

Before shipping a return, please email us for an authorization code. Please include your packing slip with the package and keep a copy for your records.

Credit Or Exchange

Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit or exchanged for another piece of jewelry of equal or greater value.

Return Shipping

Please return items in their box and ship them insured. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments and cannot issue a credit for items that do not arrive.

Missing Packing Slip

If your packing slip is no longer available, please email us with your contact information, order number, and whether you would like a store credit or exchange.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Repairs

If your necklace, bracelet, or earrings break, please contact us. We may be able to repair the item for a small charge.

Shipping Timing

Each piece is hand-crafted to order. Orders will generally ship within 5 days when materials are available. If there is an issue accessing raw materials, we will notify you. If you need jewelry in a hurry, please contact us and we will make every effort to expedite.

Gift Orders

If you are sending a gift, please let us know. We can gift wrap and send the receipt under separate cover.
